Greenrain Messenger 6.8 is officially released on April 3, 2018, at 11:50.

Scope

This release contains features required for Payers and TPA to support latest changes in Person.Register transactions. These changes are introduced by the Department of Health recently, therefore this release is intended for our Abu Dhabi customers.

Changes in the Login screen

Screen Login to Post Office is changed to capture credentials for DoH Personal Profile Access.

Person.Register settings

Setting Automatically update Person.Register transactions will enable Greenrain Messenger to update data in your Person.Register transaction using details provided by DoH Personal Profile Service. Check this setting in if you want Greenrain Messenger to apply logic described below in Release notes version 6.8#Updates in Person.Register Transactions for your Person.Register transactions.

Conditions

This logic is triggered only if all conditions below are met:

1. Login to Post Office has credentials for DoH Personal Profile Access described. This feature is announced in section Release notes version 6.8#Changes in Login Screen above.
2. Setting Automatically update Person.Register transactions is checked in as described in Release notes version 6.8#Person.Register Settings.

How It Works

1. Greenrain Messenger calls DoH Personal Profile Service to get details about members in your Person.Register transaction.
2. If your transaction has wrong values or no values at all, then Greenrain Messenger will add the correct details about members.
3. The following fields are updated in Person.Register transaction:
   1. Unified Number — Unique Number of the member. This number is issued by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) for every resident.
   2. First Name in English — Member First Name in English.
   3. Middle Name in English — Middle Name in English.
   4. Last Name in English — Last Name in English.
   5. First Name in Arabic — First Name in Arabic.
   6. Middle Name in Arabic — Middle Name in Arabic.
   7. Last Name in Arabic — Last Name in Arabic.
   8. Birth Date — Member Birth Date.
   9. Nationality Code — Nationality Code of the member.
   10. City Code — Residency City Code of the member.
