Upload members backlog to Shafafiya

This page details how to upload members' data backlog to Shafafiya. Users can use this feature to manually initiate member upload if there is a backlog from the past.

  1. Open GA Input Folder.

  2. Copy XML files with member details to this folder:

    1. XML files that you get from any of your TPA companies can be saved in this folder.

    2. Make sure that XML file names are unique to avoid file name conflicts.

  3. GA will automatically pick up the XML files and upload them to Shafafiya. This is the same process as for any other member XML file upload.
