Settings

Follow the below steps to update settings.

Step 1. Click "Settings"at the Toolbar.

'Greenrain Automation Settings' form opens.

Step 2. Change the necessary settings, then click "Save". 

Settings dialog closes.

"Person.Register" tab

"Generate and upload Person.Register transactions to Shafafiya" - if checked, Greenrain Automation will generate and upload Person.Register transactions to Shafafiya using the License specified in "Senderid" field. 

"Automatically update Person.Register transactions" - if checked, Greenrain Automation will validate person details against DoH Personal Profile web service and replace them if they are wrong under the following conditions:

1. Enter valid credentials for DoH Personal Profile web service on "Post Office Settings" tab.

2. Check that the following fields are correctly filled in an Excel file: PersonBirthDate, PersonPassportNumber, PersonEmiratesIDNumber/PersonUnifiedNumber. Otherwise, Person.Register transaction will not be generated.

The following fields will be updated: PersonFirstNameEn, PersonMiddleNameEn, PersonLastNameEn, PersonFirstNameAr, PersonMiddleNameAr, PersonLastNameAr, PersonNationalityCode, PersonCityCode.

"VAT Support" tab

Default VAT – a percent value that Greenrain Automation will add for Person.Register transaction and will use to calculate VAT value. VAT will be implemented effective 1st of January 2018.

Select "VAT Support" tab and configure default VAT to one of the following setting: 

• None - means that the default value isn't used. Person.Register transaction will be uploaded using data from an Excel file.
• 0% VAT - means that VAT percent value from Excel file will be replaced with default value and set to 0. 
• 5% VAT - means that VAT percent value from Excel file will be replaced with default value and set to 5.

"DoH Person Register Profile web service credentials". Enter valid "Login" and "Password" to receive data from the service.
