Favourite diagnoses

Favourite diagnoses list contains the most frequent diagnoses used. Favourites list is designed to save user time while new prior requests or e-claims submitting. Diagnoses are added to favourites / removed from the list on Electronic Prior Request and Electronic Claim forms.

It is also possible to look through the favourites and delete some of them straight from the menu.

Step 1. Select Favourites > Favourite Diagnoses from the menu. 
       Your Favourite Diagnoses form opens.

Step 2. Select any diagnosis and click on Remove the diagnosis from favourites link label.
       The diagnosis is deleted from the grid.

Step 3. Click on Close button.
       Your Favourite Diagnoses form closes.
