Release date

E-Claims Dashboard v1.5 official release date is July 3, 2020.

Scope

1. Revised versions of the following reports: Aging Report, Claim Submissions History Report, Claim Submissions Summary Report, Payments Reference Report, Resubmission Report, Reconciliation Report (changes in reports data aggregation and calculations, new columns).
2. New: Claim Submission Details popup and report.
3. UI changes as follows.

Aging Report

The report has been revised. It follows the format described here.

Time periods have become smaller that makes the report more detailed: 0-7, 8-14, 15-21, 22-30, 31-35, 36-45, 46-60, 61-90, >90.

Also, the following new columns have been added:

• Total
• Overdue 

Data has become aggregated into three logical blocks: 

• Initial Claim Submissions
• Claim Resubmissions
• Totals

Columns that show overdue amount now have a red font: 46-60, 61-90, >90, Overdue.

Claim Submissions History Report

New columns have been added on worksheets CS Activities History and RA Activities History of the Excel report:

• Ordering Clinician

• Ordering Clinician Name

• Clinician

• Clinician Name

New columns have been added to all four worksheets:

• Encounter Type

• Description 

Claim Submissions Summary Report

The report has been revised. It follows the format described here.

Separate reports are generated for each encounter month. 

Also, the filters below have been added to the dashboard to narrow the search:

• Year
• Encounter Type
• Payer

Finally, data has become aggregated into three logical blocks: 

• Initial Claim Submissions
• Claim Resubmissions
• Totals

Payments Reference Report

New columns have been added on worksheet Activity Payments of the Excel report:

• Ordering Clinician

• Ordering Clinician Name

• Clinician

• Clinician Name

Resubmission Report

Filters for every column have been added to the Excel report.

Rows background filling has been applied according to the following coloring scheme:

1. Rows with Is Resubmitted = Yes have a light grey background.

2. Rows with Is Resubmitted = No:

   1. and Status = Fully Paid have a light green background;

   2. and Status = Rejected have a pink background;

   3. and Status = Partly Paid have a light pink background.

Reconciliation Report

Filters for every column have been added to the exported Excel report.

Claim Submission Details Popup and Report 

The popup has become available when some encounter month is clicked on Claim Submissions Summary Report. The popup shows the first 50 claims found, and it is possible to download all data for the period. 

Claim Submission Details Report is part of Claim Submissions Summary Report. It shows all claims for the respective month in the same way as Claim Submissions Summary Report.

Data is aggregated into two logical blocks: 

• Initial Claim Submissions
• Claim Resubmissions

Selected License

Manually selected license keeps while navigating. If the user switches to another page or report, the same license is selected automatically. For example, if Claim Submissions Summary Report for MF000 is opened and Aging Report is clicked, then MF000 remains selected on the Aging Report page, and calculations are performed for the respective license.

What's in store for the future?

We have been constantly looking for improvements, and add new functionality to the Dashboard. Release bulletins will be sent out when new versions are released.
