Claim Submissions History Report
Claim Submissions History Report page shows related reports as links to downloadable Excel files. Data aggregation level - month (one report per facility per month).
A report shows the history of all submitted claims and received remittance advice transactions for the specified month on both claim and activity levels. It can be used to cross check other reports or reports generated by other systems to make sure data is consistent across all data sources.
Step 1. Click the menu button in the sidebar at the left.
Step 2. Click Submissions History Report.
Claim Submissions History Report page loads, related reports appear as links.
Step 3. Select another organization license or the date period.
Reports are filtered by the selected criteria.
Step 4. Click the necessary report name in either Latest 5 updated reports section or in the grid below it.
A standard Save As dialog appears where you can rename the file if necessary.
Step 5. Click Save in this dialog.
The report starts downloading.
Step 6. Open the downloaded file and review the report.
The report follows Submissions History Report format.
