Email notifications

User is notified by email about new transactions available on Post Office (Shafafiya and DHPO).

The following notifications are sent to providers:

Claim.Submission notification

• This email notification is sent to the user when Dashboard has found a new Claim.Submission transaction submitted by their organization.
• One email is sent for every new Claim.Submission transaction.
• This email notification can be used as a proof that the provider have successfully uploaded the transaction to the respective Post Office.
• The email has an Excel attachment with the content of the Claim.Submission transaction.

Remittance.Advice notification

• This email notification is sent to the user when Dashboard has found a new Remittance.Advice transaction submitted by some payer to their organization.
• One email is sent for every new Remittance.Advice transaction.
• This email notification can be used as a trigger to start processing new payments and denials received with the remittances. This helps the provider to process claims resubmissions faster.
• The email has an Excel attachment with the content of the Remittance.Advice transaction.

The following notifications are sent to payers:

Claim.Submission notification

• This email notification is sent to the user when Dashboard has found a new Claim.Submission transaction submitted by some provider to their insurance company or TPA.
• One email is sent for every new Claim.Submission transaction.
• This email notification can be used as a trigger to start processing new claims coming with the transaction. This helps the payer to process remittances faster.
• The email has an Excel attachment with the content of the Claim.Submission transaction.

Remittance.Advice notification

• This email notification is sent to the user when Dashboard has found a new Remittance.Advice transaction submitted by their organization.
• One email is sent for every new Remittance.Advice transaction.
• This email notification can be used as a proof that the payer have successfully uploaded the transaction to the respective Post Office.
• The email has an Excel attachment with the content of the Remittance.Advice transaction.
