Claim edit

You can edit any claim in Ready for Resubmission status. It means that claim correction or internal complaint has been created but still the transaction hasn't been generated for uploading to Post Office.


Step 1. 
Select Ready for Resubmission value from Status drop-down list.
       The search results grid appears. 

Step 2. Set focus on any claim and click Edit claim.



Claim Details dialog appears in edit mode. For internal complaint it look as follows:


Step 3. Edit available data and click Save Resubmission.
OR: Click Cancel & close to cancel the changes. 
       Claim Details dialog closes.
