Claims Not Found
Issue: Claims Not Found for the Older dates in Greenrain ReSubmission Application
Pre-Requisites: -
In case the claims are older and not from current month, we must check the claims date first.
Check the GR logs to find out the reason for the claims not downloading.
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Greenrain\Resubmission\Log
Check if the Shafafiya Password is updated and not expired.
Now follow the below troubleshooting steps:
Navigate to the following path in the PC where Greenrain ReSubmission is installed.
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Greenrain\Resubmission
Right Click to Open the ReSubmission (Settings File) with a notepad.
Check the Completed Period Date from the ReSubmission Settings Notepad.
Completed Period Date should be a previous date from the missing claim date. If not, change the date to a previous date from the missing claim date.
NOTE: In case of Greenrain ReSubmission application is installed on the windows server, please restart the windows service.
Example: If you are looking for a claim with date 10th September 2023 and it is missing in the Resubmission application while performing a search, please check the Complete Period Date in ReSubmission Settings and set the date to 1st September 2023 and save the ReSubmission Settings.
Close the Greenrain ReSubmission application and then launch again. Try searching the missing claim again.
You should find the missing claim in Greenrain ReSubmission application now.
