Settings

There are some settings for Greenrain Resubmission you can manage. You can find them in Settings dialog.

Step 1. Select Tools > Settings from the menu
Settings dialog opens. There are several settings tabs.

General tab

(1) Transaction download start date.
On the app start, transactions start downloading from Post Office. Only claims with Encounter.Start greater than or equal to the set date are downloaded.

(2) The number of days when the reply is expected.
If the payer hasn't replied during this period, the claim is considered unremitted. To adjust this number you can use arrow buttons or enter the number manually.

(3) The folder where your generated e-claim files are going to be stored.
To set the folder you need to click […] button, browse for the folder and click OK. After the folder is set, Open folder link becomes available.

(4) Add activities from the database on the claims generating.
Missed activities in resubmission claims can be added to the transaction(s).

Database tab

(5) Database mode.

      • local database – you are the only user of the database as the data is stored locally;
      • central database – multi-user mode; if this option is selected, Database connection pane becomes available for you to set the connection string.

Post Office tab

(6) Login to Post Office.
You can set as many logins on as many Post Offices as you need by clicking Post Office login. The software will work with the login which is currently selected in the settings.

Proxy tab

(7) Use proxy for the Internet access.
Configure proxy settings if your organization uses a proxy.

Step 2.
Change any setting you need, e.g. e-claims folder, and click OK to save the changes.
OR: Click Cancel to undo the changes.
       Settings dialog closes.
