Encounters Search

You can always search for encounters and summary reports submitted previously by your organization. Encounters search functionality exists to serve as a proof that the data is actually uploaded. 

Step 1. Log in to https://abm.moh.gov.sa/.

Home page loads.

Step 2. Select Services > Encounters Search from the menu or click Encounters Search tile on the dashboard.

Encounters Search page loads. There are filters by transaction date only.

Step 3. Select the transaction date period.

Step 4.  Click Search.

Search operation is performed. The grid appears showing all transactions uploaded by the current organization with the transaction date within the set date period.

Step 5. Click any hot filter: Today, This Week, This month, Last month. No need to click Search.

Transaction date filters are filled with the corresponding values. Search operation is performed again.

Step 5. Click any file name in the Transaction File column.

The submitted file is downloaded.
