Issue: We uploaded the member details, but the COC Portal says the policy details are not found, or the COC penalty amount is wrong.

Solution:

  1. Go to the Greenrain Members Portal and find the uploaded member using Emirates ID or Unified Number.

  2. Make sure that member data are correct, especially these fields:

    1. Start Date

    2. Renewal Date

    3. Expiry Date

    4. Status

  3. If member data are correct, Shafafiya has not updated the Shafafiya History used for the COC calculation.

  4. Get Shafafiya History by sending the member’s Emirates ID to Greenrain Support at help@greenrain.online.

    1. Note: We will soon add a feature to get Shafafiya History from the Greenrain Insurance Portal, so you won’t have to ask our support for it.

  5. Send an email to Shafafiya Support at shafafiyasupport@doh.gov.ae. You need to attach the following files:

    1. Screenshot from Greenrain Members Portal to prove that you have uploaded the member with correct data.

    2. Shafafiya History Excel file that you received from Greenrain Support.

  6. After Shafafiya Support has fixed the issue, you might need to cancel the generated COC and generate a new COC.
