Find patients

Patient search can be performed by the following parameters: Patient ID, Member ID, Emirates ID, First name, Last name, Mobile, Home tel., Work tel. A partial search is also possible. One symbol is enough to perform a search.
 

Step 1. Select Patients > Find Patients from the menu. 
       Patient Search form opens.

Step 2. Set the search value and click Search. 
       The search results grid appears: one row per patient.

Found patients can be sorted by any column in ascending / descending order.

The following actions can be performed with the selected patient in the grid:

• Edit – Patient Details form opens for editing;
• Add Claim – new Electronic Claim form opens where the patient data is already loaded on Patient Details tab.

There is also a possibility to add a new patient by clicking Add Patient.
