Upload members backlog to Shafafiya

This page details how to upload members' data backlog to Shafafiya. Users can use this feature to manually initiate member upload if there is a backlog from the past.

1. Open GA Input Folder. A sample is shown below.

   

2. Copy XML files with member details. As you get the XML files from your TPA companies, the following rules are applied:

   1. Save XML files received from MedNet TPA to the ‘MedNet’ subfolder.

   2. Save XML files received from NAS TPA to the ‘NAS’ subfolder.

   3. Save XML files received from NextCare TPA to the ‘NextCare’ subfolder.

   4. And so on.

3. GA will automatically pick up the XML files and upload them to Shafafiya. This is the same process as for any other member XML file upload.
