There are some settings for Greenrain Resubmission you can manage. You can find them on Settings view.
 

Step 1. Click on Settings link label on Main view. 
       Settings view opens. There are two tabs.


General tab

(1) The number of days when the reply is expected.
If the payer hasn't replied during this period, the claim is considered unremitted. To adjust this number you can use arrow buttons or enter the number manually. 
(2) The folder where your generated e-claim files are going to be stored.
To set the folder you need to click on […] button, browse for folder and click on OK button. After the folder is specified, Open folder link label becomes available.


Database tab

(3) Database mode.

      • local database – you are the only user of the database as the data is stored locally;
      • central database – multi-user mode; if this option is selected, Database connection pane becomes available for you to set the connection string.


Step 2.
 Change any setting you need, e.g. e-claims folder, and click on OK button to save the changes. 
OR: Click on Cancel button to undo the changes.
       Settings view closes.
