Content Comparison

This page details how to upload members' data backlog to Shafafiya. Users can use this feature to manually initiate member upload if there is a backlog from the past.

1. Open GA Input Folder. A sample is shown below.

2. Copy XML files with member details . As to this folder:

   1. XML files that you get

   the XML files

   1. from any of your TPA companies

   , the following rules are applied:

   1. Save XML files received from MedNet TPA to the ‘MedNet’ subfolder.

   2. Save XML files received from NAS TPA to the ‘NAS’ subfolder.

   3. Save XML files received from NextCare TPA to the ‘NextCare’ subfolder.

   4. And so oncan be saved in this folder.

   5. Make sure that XML file names are unique to avoid file name conflicts.

3. GA will automatically pick up the XML files and upload them to Shafafiya. This is the same process as for any other member XML file upload.
