  • Insurance Plan column has been added to the trade drugs screen as shown below.

New Features

  • Greenrain Facility V 9.1 comes with inbuilt proactive prompts if coding file downloads have failed. Coding files consist of updates to trade drug code, prices, physician codes etc among other codes that are essential for the system. If Greenrain facility is unable to download and update them consistently then the system will alert the user that the codes that may be existing in the application may not be current. Users may then work with their IT department or contact help@greenrainhealth.com to investigate the issue.

  • The upload claims screen used to upload claims from facility software now allows two custom actions on claims files.

→ It allows renaming of claims files to a name of the users choice.

→ It also allows view content action allowing you to see the content of the XML claim you are about to upload.

  • If a claim has been uploaded to payer and status of claims has been moved to “Submitted to Payer” then all controls on the claims are disabled, i.e, the claim cannot be selected for re-uploading to the payer. However, these claims can still be opened for viewing and exported to an excel sheet. The new version also allows selective claims filtering by status as shown below. Subsequently when no claims are selected for upload the “Generate” button is disabled.

  • Find claims screen now allows you to set dates as empty there by running open searches for selected criteria. For example in the below example by setting date range as empty, user can search for entire claims history of a patient searching by patient’s name, MRN, Emirates ID, Member ID or the prescription number.
