Greenrain Submission – Not generating the XML

Scenario – This issue occurs when we update the Greenrain Submission or install new version of greenrain submission on top of the greenrain Submission application.

We must follow the below steps to re-install the new version of the application.

Step 1: Download the new version of the application from the below web link:

https://files.greenrain.me/Download/SubmissionSetup.exe

Step 2: Before installation, please remove the Submission directory from the below path.

C:\Program Files\Greenrain\Submission

Open

Right click on the Submission Folder and click “Delete”.

NOTE: In case the folder pops-up that the files are open or application is in use, close all the instances of Greenrain Submission or related files.

Step 3: Navigate to downloaded setup of Greenrain Submission, and install by right clicking the setup file and select “Run as Administrator”.
