You can edit any claim in Ready for Resubmission status. It means that claim correction or internal complaint has been created but still transaction hasn't been generated for uploading to Post Office.
- Select Ready for Resubmission value from Status drop-down list.
The search results grid appears.
- Set focus on any claim and click on Edit claim link label.
Claim Details dialog appears in edit mode. For internal complaint it look as follows:
- Edit available data and click on Save Resubmission button.
OR: Click on Cancel & close link label to cancel the changes.
