As long as a provider generates a large amount of claims, complex search is designed to support quick access to created claims.
 

Step 1. Select E-Claims > Find E-Claims from the menu.
       Find & Submit E-Claims form opens.

Step 2. Set a search value and click on Search button.
       Search results grid appears.


There is a possibility to filter e-claims by patient visit dates (1) or / and insurance company (2).

Patient Visit Dates

1. TodayThis weekThis monthLast month link labels. By clicking on any of them visit start and visit end date pickers are set as the first day and the last day of the period and search results grid refreshes. The search can be performed without specifying a search value but setting visit period only.

Step 1. Select E-Claims > Find E-Claims from the menu.
       Find & Submit E-Claims form opens.

 Step 2. Click on This month link label.
       Search results grid appears.

2. Custom visit start and visit end dates. In this case only filtering is possible; to perform a search user needs to press Search button again (search value is mandatory).

Step 1. Select E-Claims > Find E-Claims from the menu. 
       Find & Submit E-Claims form opens.

Step 2. Set a search value, visit start date as today, visit end date as today + 10.

Step 3. Click on Search button.
       Search results grid appears.
 

Insurance company

Payer can be selected from the corresponding search lists which open by clicking on […] button. Another option is to enter the value or part of it manually in the field (e.g. A026 in Payer field) and press Enter key. The data will load automatically.

Cover Plan drop-down fills automatically with custom values for the specified payer (after value in Payer field is set).


The following actions can be performed with the selected e-claims in the grid:

  • Edit – Electronic Claim form opens for editing;
  • Generate – E-Claims Generation Result form opens saying if the /wiki/spaces/GF/pages/1014923285 of e-claim transaction was successful or failed.


There is also possibility to add new claim directly on Find & Submit E-Claims form by clicking on Add button.
