Greenrain Submission generates submission xml files from Excel files that satisfy definite structure.

An Excel file with data to be converted into submission files needs to be prepared first. Then the following workflow is performed.

Step 1. Click [...] button.

A standard Windows Select dialog opens.

Step 2.
Choose an Excel file in either xlsx or xls format.

Greenrain Submission analyses the file data to identify the expected submission type. When done, Submission type box fills with its value.

Step 3.
Click Generate Submission Files button.

Greenrain Submission validates that all worksheets and columns for the identified submission type are available in the Excel file, and then generates xml files. Grids in both Submission Files and Encounters Summary tabs fill in with details and a success dialog appears.

Step 4.
Click OK button.

Success dialog closes. You can review the generated data summary on both tabs.

Step 5.
Click Open Output folder in the main view.

The folder with the generated file(s) opens. Each output file is a zipped xml submission file. As the next step, you can upload them with the means of Greenrain Messenger.

Note: If you want to generate submission xml files from several Excel files, make sure you have saved already generated submission file(s) in other location or they will be lost: Output folder overwrites on each attempt.
