We are excited to announce the release of Greenrain Submission version 3.1.
What's new?
Version 3.1 comes with the below new features and other updates.
New Features
Add dental codes to claims excel sheet.
Version 3.1 now allows you to add dental codes to your claims upload excel sheet. There are two options to do so and have been described below. Upon successfully parsing these dental codes via your excel sheet, they are now uploaded to your configured Post Office as an observation value.
Option 1 - Add dental codes to the observations sheet in your claims excel document.
On Observations sheet, the following data is set:
Observation Type = Universal Dental.
Observation Code = <tooth number(s)>.
Observation Value and Observation Value Type are left empty.
Teeth may be entered one per observation line or listed in one cell separated by a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ).
Leading and trailing spaces are ignored while parsing.
Acceptable Formats
You may add spaces between tooth numbers.
You may also denote tooth numbers across duplicated activity IDs and per observation line.
You may also use different symbols to differentiate tooth numbers such as a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ).
Not Acceptable Formats
Should not use any other symbol than what is allowed. You may separate tooth numbers only using symbols such as a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ).
Option 2 - Add dental codes to the activities sheet in your claims excel document.
On Activities sheet, an optional column - Tooth Numbers - is added.
Teeth must be listed in one cell separated by a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ) corresponding to the respective activity (Activity ID).
Leading and trailing spaces are ignored while parsing.
Acceptable Formats
You may enter multiple tooth numbers for an activity separated by a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ).
Spaces in addition to the symbols between tooth numbers are allowed too. The spaces will automatically be discarded by the software while extracting tooth numbers.
Not Acceptable Formats
Should not duplicate activities, if you require to enter multiple tooth numbers, you may use symbols such as a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ).
Should not use any other symbol than what is allowed.
The column name should match exactly as ‘Tooth Numbers’ else the column will be skipped completely. For instance, no tooth numbers will be extracted from the below sample.
Note
If there are dental observations on both Activities and Observations sheets, the data is aggregated. Duplicated observations for the same activity are ignored.
What's in store for the future?
We are constantly looking to improve and add new functionality to this software application. Release bulletins will be sent out when new versions are released.
