Log in

Step 1. Go to https://coc-staging.greenrain.online/.

Step 2. Enter user credentials and click "Log in".

Navigation

After you log in to Greenrain COC, the Dashboard screen displays. Here you can search for transactions that need to be reviewed, generate and cancel them.

Control

Description

Header

Click the profile link in the header to update your profile information or click the Log out link to log out of Greenrain COC.

Side Navigation Bar

Click the Dashboard icon to return to the Dashboard screen.

Click Settings to manage the configuration settings.

Drag and Dop / Select File

The area contains a message asking the user to choose or drag and drop file.

Search

Use the search field to search for a specific transaction to review or cancel. You can perform a search by the following fields: EmiratesID, UnifiedNumber.

When you view your search results, if the terms you searched for appear in the grid, they will be highlighted in yellow.

Grid

At the bottom of the screen, you can view a list of transactions within your span of control including:

  • Sender Id

  • Unified Number

  • Emirates Id Number

  • Non Insurance Days

  • Penalty

  • Reference Number

  • Validity Date

  • Status

  • Status Description

Settings

Greenrain COC uses your login credentials for Post Office. If you have an approved user by the Health Authority, you need to add it to Greenrain COC to be able to communicate corresponding Post Office.

To configure a login to Post Office, do the following.

Step 1. Click Settings in the Side Navigation Bar.

Step 2. Click New.

Step 3. Fill in all the fields:

  • Login — your current login to Post Office;

  • Password — corresponding password;

  • Licenses (Comma separated) — your facility / payer license or several licenses related to the login (separated by comma).

Step 4. Click Save.

Other workflows

Edit login

  1. Click Settings in the Side Navigation Bar.

  2. Select the necessary login and click Edit.

  3. Update some data.

  4. Click Save.

Delete login

  1. Click Settings in the Side Navigation Bar.

  2. Select the necessary login and click Delete.

  3. In the confirmation dialog appeared click Yes.

Dashboard

The Dashboard screen displays an overview of the transactions. You can generate or cancel your transaction, export to excel.

Generate InsuranceContinuityCertificate

The following procedure describes how to generate a transaction.

Step 1. Go to Dashboard.

Step 2. Choose the transaction file or just drag and drop file (only one input file can be selected at once - ).

Transactions details load to the grid below.

Once the file is selected then validation process to be automatically triggered and check the data:

  • If there are no errors found:

    • Status = Success

    • Status Description = <empty>

  • If there are errors found:

    • Status = Failed

    • Status Description = refer to Generate Transaction Errors list

The number of lines corresponds with the number of records in the input files selected. Transactions grid shows the following details: refer to Dashboard. The grid allows sorting by any column on click its header.

Transaction grid data can be exported to Excel (“Export To Excel” options below the grid).

Cancel InsuranceContinuityCertificate

The following procedure describes how to cancel a transaction.

Step 1. Go to Dashboard.

Step 2. Select the transaction you wish to cancel.

Step 3. Click the Cancel link.

The selected transaction will be automatically cancelled without confirmation:

  • If there are no errors found:

    • Status = Cancelled

    • Status Description = <empty>

  • If there are errors found:

    • Status = Failed

    • Status Description = refer to Cancellation Errors list
