Patient search can be performed by the following parameters: Patient ID, Member ID, Emirates ID, First Name, Last Name, Mobile, Home Tel., Work Tel. A partial search is also possible. One symbol is enough to perform a search.
Step 1. Select Patients > Find Patients from the menu.
Patient Search form opens.
Step 2. Set the search value and click Search button.
The search results grid appears: one row per patient.
Found patients can be sorted by any column in ascending / descending order.
The following actions can be performed with the selected patient in the grid:
- Edit – Patient Details form opens for editing;
- Add Claim – new Electronic Claim form opens where the patient data is already loaded on Patient Details tab.
There is also a possibility to add a new patient directly on Patient Search form by clicking Add Patient button.
