User The user can search for any created or sent request on Find Prior Requests form.
 

Step 1. Click on Find Prior Requests button  below the menu (or select E-Prior Requests > Find Prior Requests from the menu). 
       Find Prior Authorization Requests form opens.

Set a search value , and click on Search button
       Search  The search results grid appears.

There is a possibility to filter requests by their status. A request can be in one of the following statuses:

  • Draft – the request is not yet sent to Post Office for any reason;
  • Waiting for Approval – the request is sent to Post Office but no reply is received from payer yet;
  • Approved – the payer replied and fully approved the request;
  • Partly Approved – the payer replied and some activities are not fully partly approved;
  • Rejected – the payer replied and fully rejected the request;
  • Cancelled – the request is cancelled by the provider.

Found requests can be sorted by any column in ascending / descending order.

  • View – Electronic Prior Request form opens for editing or viewing (for already sent requests);
  • Resubmit Request – Resubmit Prior Request form opens where the user needs to confirm resubmission;
  • Clone Request – Clone Prior Request form opens where the user needs to confirm cloning;
  • Cancel Request – Cancel Prior Request form opens where the user needs to confirm cancellation;
  • Add New – new Electronic Prior Request form opens (Authorization by default).
