Version 9.1 comes with the below new features and other updates.
User interface changes
The ‘Patient search’ screen in version 9.1 has been standardized across the board to the following format. The columns on the screen have now been rearranged and it also clubs patient name into one single column making searching patients by either first or last name much easier as depicted below.

2. New custom actions for the generated files are available on Upload Transactions form.

→ Clicking the first button in column Actions makes the transaction name editable, so the user can rename the file to follow the format required by the payer.

→ Clicking the second button in column Actions opens Transaction Content form where the user can preview the generated Claim.Submission transaction before sending it to Shafafiya. Also, it is possible to copy the content and search for a specific value within the file.

3. New column and filter - Status - on Find Claims form. The following statuses are possible:
Ready for Submission - a draft claim without sending attempt;
Submitted to Payer - a claim which is already uploaded to Safafiya and waiting for the payer reply;
Submission Failed - a claim which uploading failed.
A claim in status Ready for Submission or Submission Failed can be edited as many times as needed. A claim in status Submitted to Payer is not editable and can be opened for viewing only (all controls on Electronic Claim form are disabled); also it cannot be selected for transactions generating. Find claims screen now allows you to set dates as empty there by running open searches for selected criteria. For example in the below example by setting date range as empty, user can search for entire claims history of a patient searching by patient’s name, MRN, Emirates ID, Member ID or the prescription number.
