Claim Submissions History Report shows the history of all submitted claims and received remittance advice transactions on both claim and activity levels.
Submissions History Report Usage
Step 1. Hover your mouse over the menu bar in top left corner.

Step 2. Go to "Submissions Historry Report".
Step 3. Select organization license.

Step 4. Click "Report Name" to download the report.
Step 5. Review the report.
Open the saved report → the report is opened with the following columns: Submissions History Report format.
