Release Date

ABM Portal 1.1.2 is officially released on May 15, 2018 at 12:29 (GMT + 3).

Scope

This release contains changes to improve users experience submitting Encounter.Submission transactions.

Changes in Schema

The following fields are changed in XML Schema:

1. Encounter may have no Activity.
2. Encounter may have no Diagnosis.
3. Activity.Type may have value 4 = Laboratory Test.
4. Observation support is removed.

Changes in Validation Rules

The following changes are implemented in Validation Rules:

1. Rule 9: Activity.Type = 3 (AR-DRG) is only allowed for Hospital Inpatient (Encounter.Type = 1) or Day Case (Encounter.Type = 2).
2. Rule 10: Hospital Inpatient and Day Case Encounter may have none or one activity with DRG code.
3. Rule 14: Hospital Inpatient and Day Case Encounter must have one principal diagnosis only.
4. Rule 16: Non-Inpatient and Non-Day Case Encounter may have none or one principal diagnosis.
5. Rule 50: Activity.Quantity may have value only for Trade Drugs (Activity.Type = 2) and Laboratory Test (Activity.Type = 4).

Changes on ABM Portal

The following changes are made to ABM Portal:

1. Add MBDS Roadmap Toolkit: Download → MBDS Roadmap Toolkit.
2. Sample Encounter.Submission Excel file: Download → Sample Encounter.Submission Excel File.
