What's new?

Greenrain Automation Lite Server is Greenrain’s latest automation tool released for UAE market. This tool helps healthcare providers to automate their claims submissions upload and remittance advice downloads process which in turn helps organisations to streamline processes, save time and accurately keep track of submissions and remittances.

Features

• This tool helps to automatically upload Claim.Submission transactions to the Post Office.

  • Claim files have to be XML or ZIP format.

  • Claims are uploaded at regular intervals which is configurable in the application.

  • Claims are picked for processing from a specified folder which is configurable in the application.

  • Claim files are automatically validated upon processing run to ensure they are valid claims submission files and pass Shafafiya validation rules.

  • Invalid or failed claims are provided logs with detailed error descriptions for correction and re-upload.

  • Automatically uploaded claims can be seen on Greenrain Messenger.

• The tool also automatically downloads Remittance.Advice transactions to a specified folder.

  • Remittance advice transactions can be of XML or ZIP format.

  • RA transactions are downloaded at regular intervals which is configurable in the application.

  • RA transaction files are dropped after processing to a specified folder which is configurable in the application.

  • Automatically downloaded remittance advice can be seen on Greenrain Messenger.

System components

The system consists of the three components both are installed together:

• Application component which contains various parameters for configuration.

• Service component which process transactions in the background

• Logging component which logs errors for invalid and failed transactions.
