Greenrain Facility is a software product that has the purpose to allow clinics and pharmacies to support e-claims and e-prior authorization standards in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The software is fully compliant with rules and regulations published by HAAD.
Greenrain Facility manages the following workflows:
- create new e-prior request and send it to the payer; the software keeps track of the payer's reply and provider get notified automatically when their request is approved or denied;
- convert approved prior request into e-claim with a single mouse click;
- generate an e-claim transaction and send it to HAAD and Health Insurance Companies.
