The table below describes each column in expected Excel file.

| Summary | Sender ID | An identification code of a healthcare provider that is the sender of the transaction. | |
| Receiver ID | An identification code of the receiver of the transaction. | ||
| Period Start | The start date of the Summary Report period. It is expected to be the first day of the month. | ||
| Period End | The end date of the Summary Report period. It is expected to be the last day of the month. | ||
| Admissions Count | Number of patient admissions during the reporting period. | ||
