Rule 119, 176

Warning message

Description

Both rules raise the same warning: rule 119 works for Claim.Submission transaction, and rule 176 works for Prior.Request transaction. This warning might have two possible reasons.

1. This MemberID has not been reported by the payer to Shafafiya as a part of Person.Register transaction.
2. You use a wrong MemberID. In this case you will most likely get fully denied Remittance Advice back from the payer.

Note that the warning does not stop you from submitting your files to Shafafiya if you believe MemberID value is correct.
