How to track approved/rejected claims

Greenrain Messenger works with transaction files. It allows uploading of already composed transactions to the Post Office and downloading any transactions from the Post Office where a current user is the sender or the receiver. You cannot trace the payment of your claims in user-friendly mode.

To check new transactions from a payer, go to Download tab, check 'Received only' and 'Remittance.Advice', set ePartner = A001 (or any other payer you need), then click Search. The search results grid will appear, the records in bold are new transactions which have not been downloaded by you yet. Select the necessary record and click Download Transactions. The link Open folder will route you to your RA location. Finally, open this RA file and search in the document for DenialCode value. In an activity which is rejected PaymentAmount will be set to zero and DenialCode will exist.
