Greenrain Messenger, as well as our other products, uses your login credentials for Post Office. If you have an approved user by the Health Authority, you need to add it to Greenrain Messenger to be able to communicate corresponding Post Office.
To configure a login to Post Office, do the following.
Step 1. Click Post Office Login at the top of the app.
Step 2. In Login to Post Office dialog appeared click Add new login.
Step 3. In Login to Post Office sub-dialog appeared fill in all the fields:
In case a payer or a TPA DoH license is specified, the dialog shows additional fields to access DoH Personal Profile:
Step 4. Click OK, then click Save.
Saved login will appear at the top of the app in Active login drop-down list.
Post Office drop-down list contains the following values:
For UAE
For Saudi Arabia
If you have several logins on one environment or have logins configured for several environments, make sure the necessary login is selected there. Selected Post Office is the current environment and Active login is the user under which transactions are uploaded or downloaded. If user selects multiple logins (Active login = All), then:
