Patient data can be saved and used further in prior requests and e-claims.

    • Payer IDTPA ID and Nationality can be selected from the corresponding search lists which open by clicking on […] button. Another option is to enter the value or part of it manually in the field (e.g. C002 in TPA ID field) and press Enter key. The data will load automatically.  If a payer is not in the list of licensed payers, the user can enter '@' followed by the name of the payer in Payer ID field.
    • Member ID (which is the insurance card number) must be unique for the specified payer. That means there can be two patients with the same Member ID if they have different payers.
    • Emirates ID is Unknown status, without a card by default but it can be changed to another value from the list (the default values) or entered manually if it is known in the format NNN-NNNN-NNNNNNN-N.
    • Ins. plan drop-down fills automatically with custom insurance plans for the specified payer (after Payer ID is entered). The user can select a plan from the list or type another one – the new plan will be saved with the patient and added to the list.
    • Patient ID is not editable. It will be assigned after patient saving in the database.


Step 3. 
Click on Save button.
       Patient Details form closes. The patient is saved.

  1. Select Patients > Find Patients from the menu. 
    Patient Search form opens.
  2. Click  Add Patient
    Patient Details form opens.
  3. Fill in available patient data.
  4. Click Save
    Patient Details dialog form closes. The patient is saved.

  1. Select Claims > New Claim from the menu. 
    Electronic Claim form opens. Patient Details tab is active.
  2. Fill in available patient data.
  3. Go to Encounter Details tab and enter the visit details.
  4. Go to Procedure Details tab and enter activities details.
  5. Click Save.
    An information dialog appears informing that the claim is saved in the database.
  6. Click OK.
    Electronic Claim form dialog closes. The claim and the new patient are saved.
