If you have one or several internal complaints or claim corrections created you can generate e-claims transactions to upload them to Post Office. Such claims have have Ready for Resubmission status status.

Step 1. On the main view select Ready for Resubmission

       Found claims appear in the search results grid. On the screenshot below there are 4 matching claims in the grid:

    two corrections
    • one correction and one complaint to payer A001;
    • one correction to payer E001 and two corrections to payer
  • A002
    • E002 (receiver D001).

  1. Click on Generate e-claims link label.

Step 2.
 Select Actions > Generate E-Claims from the menu.
       Upload Transactions dialog opens where you can review the transactions content or rename the files before uploading. It shows that several resubmission batches are going to be generated grouped by Sender ID – Receiver ID. Image Removed

  1. Select Save e-claim file on hard disk option if you want to upload resubmission files later and click on Save Generated Batches into Database button. Success dialog opens.

  1. Click on OK button. The window showing your saved files opens.

  1. Select Automatically upload to Post Office option if you want to upload them right away. Greenrain Messenger opens. The file is processed on Upload tab. The file has successfully passed validation and is considered submitted to Post Office if SUCCESS status is returned.

Step 3.
 Click Upload to send transactions to Post Office right away or click Validate to validate data without uploading. 
       Transaction start uploading (validating) one by one. Either Success or Error dialog is returned when the process is finished.

Step 4.
 If uploading fails, click Show errors in the last column for the respective transaction to review the errors found and then correct the data.
