Both eligibility and authorization requests can be modified if their status is Draft. Requests in other statuses can be opened for viewing only.
Step 1. Click on Find Prior Requests button.
Find Prior Authorization Requests form opens.
Step 2. Set a search value , and click on click Search button.
Search The search results grid appears.
Step 3. Select any authorization request in with Status = Draft status and click on View button.
Electronic Prior Request - Authorization form opens. Patient Details tab is active.
Step 4. Update the data on any of the tabs: Patient Details, Request Encounter Details, Procedure Details.
Step 5. Click on Save as Draft button.
An information dialog appears saying that the request is saved into the database.
Step 6. Click on OK button.
Electronic Prior Request form closes.
