Option 1 - Add dental codes to the observations sheet in your claims excel document.
On Observations sheet, the following data is set:
Observation Type = Universal Dental.
Observation Code = <tooth number(s)>.
Observation Value and Observation Value Type are left empty.
Teeth may be entered one per observation line or listed in one cell separated by a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ).
Leading and trailing spaces must be ignored while parsing.
In the example below, for each of three activities (with Activity ID = 1, 2, 3) there are going to be three dental observations in the generated Claim.Submission transaction.

On Activities sheet, an optional column - Tooth Numbers - is added.
Teeth may be listed in one cell separated by a comma (,), a period (.) or a semicolon (; ).
Leading and trailing spaces must be ignored while parsing.
The example below shows the same observations on Activities sheet.
