Greenrain Facility is a software product that has the purpose to allow clinics and pharmacies to support e-claims and e-prior authorization standards in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The software is fully compliant with rules and regulations published by HAADDoH.
Greenrain Facility manages the following workflows:
- register patients;
- create new e-prior request requests and send it Prior.Request transactions to the payer/TPA; the software keeps track of the payer's reply and provider get notified automatically when their request is approved or denied;
- convert approved prior request requests into e-claim with a single mouse click;generate an e-claim transaction and send it to HAAD and Health Insurance Companies
- resubmit prior requests to the payer/TPA;
- clone prior requests;
- generate and validate Claim.Submission transactions, then send them to DoH (HAAD) or payer/TPA;
- upload custom price lists into the software.
